Excellent. Travelled 70 miles to view car held for small refundable deposit. Few scratches + iffy tyre not unexpected for older vehicle. After test drive problem with electric driver window. Fara (seller) refused to let vehicle go with fault. Took me to station, paid train fare home. Fault fixed PLUS light scratches removed and iffy tyre replaced. This had not been asked for! Car was then delivered to me (70 miles away). All at no cost to me. I wouldn't expect this from a nail dealer. Outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. Good price. I am recommending my daughter look at their stock when she wishes to replace her car. Customer service 5/5 Value 5/5 I would highly recommend them for sa good experience.

Great service from staff

Found a car online and after making an appointment popped in to have a look at it. During a test drive the car engine management light came on, the dealer said not to worry as it would be looked at and fixed. After a couple of weeks wait they called to say it was finally repaired, they offered to service, mot and tax the car. They even gave me some cash back as I had used taxi’s while waiting for the repairs. Altogether great service and friendly owners would recommend to others.

I bought a car from this company a couple of months ago. The car is lovely and we are very much happy with it. They gave a 18 months warranty and paid for the Road tax for 1 year which is £20 only. Very good car with additional security from the seller. I will definitely buy from here again. Greatly appreciated and recommended place. The manager and staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great Experience - Fab Value First Car For My Son

Found a car via a used car site. Contacted TopTop Car Sales to arrange to view/drive the car. Turned up on the day with my son (who the car was for - his first car), very friendly and helpful; couldn't fault the service we received plus delivery outside of their normal delivery area was offered, to help us out of a fix. Arrived as planned, on the delivery day. Swift, efficient and a really good value car which had been valeted and MOT'd just beforehand. Highly recommend.

Good Honourable People ...

I bought a Ford S-Max from Fara at Toptop cars, unfortunately on my way back down south the cars engine mgmt light came on. I called Fara and he was very calm and suggested I took it a local garage (as I live 200 miles from oldbury!) to determine the issue. The car did have issues so Fara offered me a full refund, which I accepted. I drove the s-max back to Toptop and took my old p/x vehicle home. I would truly recommend buying from this company with the peace of mind that comes from dealing with good honourable people. Thanks Fara.

The guy who served me was a very pleasant and honest person and provided all documentation for the car and it’s history and I knew exactly what I was buying. I would recommend them again and would be happy to buy from them again. Hard to find honest garages these days but well done to them.

Proffesional and friendly

I would highly recommend this garage, the owners are very friendly and professional, i noticed a few minor marks on car i purchased and they were all put right as promised before i picked it up. They gave me a good price for part-ex on my old car upgraded my warranty for free and even paid for my parking ticket that i got while visiting. Very proffesional from start to finish i woukdnt hesitate in recommending this garage.

The best guys ive been to.

The guys at top top car sales were probably the best people I have dealt with in purchasing cars. They were very helpful and honest about the cars they were selling. I brought a Corsa from them and it is an excellent car. There were just two bulbs that were not working and they fixed it then and there for us. They gave enough time to drive the car around, inspect it fully and show us the paperwork. The price was very good and even filled the petrol to max!!. The only downside I would say is they didnt have the logbook which we had to wait for to get for a few weeks from DVLA to sort out the road tax. But to their credit, they paid £25 to send it through the post office. I would definitely recommmend this company to purchase cars from. And hopefully more car dealerships can be customer friendly and honest like top top car sales!. Great job guys!

I bought my car from here last week and I am so happy. The car is great. The customer service is brilliant here, I hate being harassed when looking but I was left to it and when we were ready to get help they were right there. No pressure selling at all unlike everywhere else I have been. The service was superb and after a little test drive my deposit was down and a week later I’m a car owner. The service they provide is so good they really looked after me. All the little extras they did for me helped immensely as a this was my first car. Sorting everything for me so all I had to do was get my insurance, pay and I’m off. I would 110% recommend looking and buying from here. Thank you so much ?
